Based in Southern California, JH TECH Inc. specializes in ITIL Consulting, Organizational Change Management, and Technical Project Management. But turning a dream into a government-ready company required more than just expertise—it required guidance, strategy, and connections. That’s where the APEX Accelerator made a critical difference.

With the hands-on support of APEX Advisor Karen Burgess, the founder navigated the complex path of becoming a government contractor.
