The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is seeking consultants to provide conceptual planning refinements, development of a project study report, preliminary engineering (up to 30% design), data collection/technical studies, and preparation of environmental document for multimodal improvements to San Ysidro Transit Center. There is no DBE goal for this project.

The optional Pre-SOQ Meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on September 30, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM PST/PDT. The deadline for electronic Statement of Qualifications submittal is October 20, 2026, by 5:00 PM PST/PDT unless otherwise stated in an addendum.
